From Friday 7 to Sunday 9 August, 169 children aged 7 to 11 spent three unforgettable days at Belle Mare, in the loving care of 130 counsellors. The theme of this year's camp: "Walking in the Light."
Across three meetings, brothers Tinei, Jocelyn and Bernard shared the gospel. They showed how Jesus invites us to leave the kingdom of darkness and enter His kingdom of light, where He transforms our hearts and gives us His joy and His peace. Many children were born again, and Jesus healed many little hearts.
The children also took part in a workshop with the puppets Bob & Suzy, on bullying and the importance of confiding in the right people the Lord has placed around them: parents, elders and counsellors.
But the camp was also a lot of fun: activities, team games and all kinds of challenges. Thank you to everyone who made it possible — see you next year!
